How do i book an appointment?

Message us on WhatsApp or call the front desk with your preferred time and the reason for the visit. We’ll confirm a slot and send a reminder before your appointment.

Do I need an appointment for an emergency?

No. Emergencies are seen immediately — walk in or call ahead so our team can be ready the moment you arrive.

What should I bring for a first visit?

Bring any past medical or vaccination records you have, a list of current medication, and, if possible, a note of your pet’s recent diet and behaviour.

How often does my pet need vaccinations?

Puppies and kittens follow a multi-dose starter series over their first few months. Adult pets typically need annual boosters — our vet will set the exact schedule at your first visit.

What's included in a grooming session?

A standard session covers a bath, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning and a breed-appropriate trim. Add-ons like de-shedding or medicated baths can be requested when booking.

Can lab tests be done on the same visit?

Yes. Blood work, urine analysis and imaging are all processed in-house, so most results are available before you leave.

How is recovery monitored after surgery?

Depending on the procedure, your pet may stay with us for observation or go home with a detailed recovery plan and a scheduled follow-up visit.
